Created the "Scalability & Connectivity" team with 4 senior software engineers, 1 QA engineer, and 1 product manager to design and implement new interoperability architecture and IAM solutions for our partners. I also mentored other engineering managers to improve their delivery management & leadership capabilities.

Leading 4 different engineering teams with 2 tech managers as direct reports and 16 software engineers (Java/Kotlin, TypeScript, Swift) as indirect reports. Responsibilities include high-level organization, delivery management, CI/CD, technical design procedures, high-level architecture, continuous improvement, people management, QARA compliance, roadmap planning, hiring process design and oversight, management mentorship, and top-level R&D leadership.

Managed two full-stack teams developing a RPM product in oncology. Focused on scaling a team from 5 to 16 software engineers, establishing a new culture and practices through continuous improvement in Git flows, a test-driven approach, structured technical design before implementation, incident post-mortems, and leading legacy handling projects.
