I'm a web front-end developer & engineering manager.
As a front-end developer,I mostly build web applications in TypeScript and React to deliver the best user experience possible. I like to mentor junior and intermediate developers about patterns, architecture principles, and what it takes to be great software engineers.
As an engineer manager,my goal is to create organizations with a strong sense of responsibility where every contributor shares leadership and accountability. I set up a culture where the user experience is the key to every technical trade-off.
